Abstract by Historical Tortuga’s website: “The rediscovery of the thirteen moon calendar was one of the fruits of the Arguelles (Jose and Lloydine) into the calendar and mathematics of the ancient Maya of Central America. This calendar synchronizes solar and galactic cycles on July 26, and hence, this is the New Year’s Day for the new time. Each moon has a power, action and quality which, taken all together, form an annual pattern of collective behavior called a “planetary service wavespell.” Also including historical context and analysis, comes equipped with annual pocket calendar.”

Abstract by Tortuga 13:20: In this booklet, José and Lloydine Argüelles explore their Arcturian Cosmology in depth, and its Galactic Transmission of Telepathic Unification. This publication sheds a light on the Arcturus Transmission, which was later called GM 108-X, or GM 108X, by José Argüelles during 1996-1997. According to José, the GM108X Transmission started when Lloydine Bolon Ik found him in 1981 and inspired him to write “The Art Planet Chronicles” (Author’s Afterword, “The 20 Tablets”, “Earth Wizards Seminary 1999”). The booklet “Arcturus Fast Forward” establishes that the Galactic Federation’s gift of Dreamspell is the Galactic Marshall Plan for planet Earth. This plan is a Telepathic Template of Galactic Culture to be administered through the star system Arcturus. The Galactic culture is based on phenomena largely unknown or misunderstood to current third-dimensional materialistic beliefs: the Radial Matrix, the G-force, the Telepathy-Equality, the Time Travel, and the Meditation. These principles are intrinsic to the Dreamspell and the 13 Moon Calendar.

The Telektonon of Pacal Votan is also known as the Galactic Maya Gospel of Pacal Votan. It came out as a booklet containing 126 inspirational verses. The Prophecy of Pacal Votan started downloading in 1993, the Year of the Yellow Magnetic Seed (Kin 144). This testament was fully transcribed by José with the assistance of Lloydine Argüelles, during January 1994 in Mexico. It was later included in the set “Telektonon: The Game of Prophecy” (1995).
