As we post this entry is the 9th day of the 9th moon of the 13Moon year, KIN 141 11Dragon and we are completing 1327 Years from the Long Count date 9.13.0.0.0 (March 15/16-692). Considering the unique prophetic nature of this window, and that today also corresponds to DAY 233 of the 365-day year count (Fibonacci position 13), we are publishing the first of a series of entries focused on bringing back to memory KEY elements of the curriculum of the 28 MEDITATIONS ON THE LAW OF TIME by VALUM VOTAN AND BOLON IK.

As presented in detail 4 days ago on “The Solar Moon of Golden Prophetic Proportions“, the 12th day of the current 9th moon of the 13Moon year KIN 144 1Seed,  marks the completion of 36 Tzolkins from the Telektonon Prophecy revelation on July 26, 1994 (KIN 144 1Seed).

KIN 144 marks the 12th day of this 9th Moon of the Cosmic Moon Year coded by KIN 22 9Wind. As we can appreciate on the Telektonon board for this moon, the 12th position is a PERFECT mirror for the Golden Mean harmonics and Divine Proportions present at the start (ALPHA) and at the end (OMEGA) of the 28-day Telektonon circuit.

The Blue Storm Wavespell is the seventh wavespell of the Dreamspell Journey and the third wavespell of the White Northern Castle of Crossing.

The sign of Storm comes from the original Mayan glyph of “Kawak” which signifies Storm, Divine Ray, Thunder and Rains. This glyph is part of the Maya Myth of Creation which is represented by 3 Turtles carrying the sign of Kawak on their shells (Murals of Bonampak and Madrid Codex). Exactly, before life emerged on Earth, our planet was under heavy rains which formed the oceans where Life began.

Thus, the Blue Storm represents the necessary Transformation that occurs before a New Creation takes place. It symbolises the Change of Paradigm towards the Evolution of Consciousness. The rains wash away the old perceptions. The Divine Ray manifests the New Revelation. Precisely, in the Dreamspell transcreation of the Maya Tzolkin, the Storm is the catalyser of the transformation and also the energetic power which manifests the Self-Generation in order to attain the new beginning. The Blue Storm invites us to Let Go of the old perceptions and to explore the new ones, in order to fulfil our transformational purpose on Earth and, by doing so, attain Higher Consciousness.

The Blue Storm Wavespell contains the Power of numbers 7 and 19. It is the 7th Wavespell of the Dreamspell Journey and also the Wavespell of Seal 19 (Blue Storm).  Number 19 is a significant Prophetic Number.

  • Number 19 encodes the total number of 19 Circles of the Flower of Life.
  • Number 19 represents the Metonic Cycle of 19 years, a period after which the Moon’s phases recur on the same days of the Solar Year.
  • It also refers to the Maya Code 0-19, being number 19 the higher number that can be represented with bars and dots (3 bars and 4 dots = 19).
  • José Argüelles studied the 19 Code in Maya calendrics and the Holy Quran (“Over All is 19”). He established its connection to the number 260 of the Tzolkin sequence: 19=260. Find this publication on Tortuga 13:20 Library.
  • At a later time, the new revelation of the 19:19 Crystal Matrix established that number 19 represents the activation code of the Crystal Prophecy. The double terminated crystal contains 18 facets plus the Mystical Centre of the Cristal (6+6+6+1 = 19).
  • Equally relevant, Passage 19 of Pakal’s Pyramid inscriptions records the ascensions of King Pakal and Queen Tz’akbu of Palenque, the Twin Archetypes of the Ancient Maya RealTime.

This publication is to mark the completion of 27 Calendar Rounds since the Accession of K’inich Janaab’ Pakal to the Throne of Palenque. On this day 512,460 (27 x 52 x 365) days ago, at the young age of 12 years old, Pakal was enthroned by his Mother, Sak K’uk’. Pakal’s accession is also recognised as the beginning of the 80 Calendar Round Prophecy which depicts his Future Return, in the Gregorian Year 4772, LC 1.0.0.0.0.8. The White Wizard Wavespell is the second Wavespell of the Dreamspell Journey. It is also the second wavespell of the  Red Eastern Castle of Turning, which is the first castle of the Dreamspell Count. The Red Eastern Castle represents the Court of Birth and it covers the first 4 Wavespells of the Dreamspell Tzolkin (Red Dragon, White Wizard, Blue Hand, Yellow Sun) = 4 x 13 = 52 days x 5 castles = 260-day Tzolkin. The Red Castle goes from Kin 1 until Kin 52. Through turning, the planetary kin attain the Power of Entering!

In the Dreamspell transcreation, the solar seal of  “Wizard” was inspired on the Maya glyph of  “Ix’” which depicts three dots and signifies “Jaguar” and/or “Shaman”. The Maya sign of Ix was also a feminine prefix used before personal names to indicate a feminine character, for example, the Queen Ix Tz’akbu Ajaw of Lakamha’ (“Great Waters”, Palenque). In the Dreamspell, the transcreation of Ix as Wizard refers to the new human being attuned to the Earth who enchants through spiritual and feminine attributes, such as receptivity and timelessness.

In the Dreamspell, the White Wizard is the Solar Seal number 14, which is also associated with colour “White”, being part of the “White Root Race” of the “Spiritual Refiners”. The White Wizard has the action of “Enchanting”, the essence of the “Receptivity” and the “Power of Timelessness”.  By being the Seal 14 and the bearer of the 2nd Wavespell of the Dreamspell Journey, the Wizard Wavespell relates to Number 14 (13+1 or 7+7) and Number 2 (1+1) which is part of the Fibonacci Sequence.

The White Wizard Wavespell represents the spiritual attributes of the Ancient Wizards who once inhabited Earth during the Golden Stone Age of the Ancient Civilisations. According to the teachings of Valum Votan & Bolon Ik, the new race of Earth Wizards is manifested through the dimensional shift, the transformation of the Homo Sapiens into the Homo Noosphericus. Both authors presented the Dreamspell as the Wizard’s Count, establishing it as one of the tools of the Earth Wizards to synchronise with the 13:20 natural time frequency. These teachings were part of the Earth Wizards Seminary 1999 (original advisory).

After the quantum leap of 2012-2013, the shifted Wizards attain the power to transcend the 4th Dimension of Time towards the higher dimensions of Timelessness.

Note: The White Wizard Wavespell on 26 July 2019 marked the beginning of the Magnetic Wizard Year (1 Wizard), and also the initiation of the 13-year White Wizard Cycle until the Cosmic Wizard Year (13 Wizard) on 26 July 2031.

The Yellow Star Wavespell is the 20th and last wavespell of the Dreamspell Journey, as well as the last one of the Green Central Castle of Enchantment, which is the final and fifth Castle of the Dreamspell Count. Through Enchantment, the planetary kin attain the Power of Magical Flight, the fulfilment of the Rainbow Nation.

In the Dreamspell transcreation, the solar seal of “Star” is inspired on the Maya glyph of “Lamat” which represents the planet “Venus” and it was associated with the “Rabbit” and the “Four Seasons”.  Within the Ancient Maya and Mesoamerican traditions, the planet Venus was considered auspicious for their “sacred wars” and for the dedication of temples and monuments. Venus is also associated with the mythic archetype of Kukulkan or Quetzalcoatl (Feathered Bird-Serpent).  On the other hand, the Rabbit usually portrayed the Maya Scribe, therefore this animal totem represented literacy,  inscriptions and knowledge.

From a Sacred Geometry perspective, this glyph relates to the Star of David or Merkaba, which is coded by number 33. This Merkaba Star represents the human light body and the perfect balance of the masculine and feminine principles.

In the Dreamspell, the Yellow Star is the Solar Seal number 8, which is part of the “Yellow Root Race” of the “Spiritual Ripeners”. The Yellow Star has the action of “Beautifying”, the essence of  “Art” and the “Power of Elegance”. 

The Yellow Star Wavespell refers to the 13:20 natural frequency concept of “Time is Art“, discovered by José and Lloydine Argüelles in 1989. This was the culmination of their years of study and practice of the principles of Dharma Art: “Art as Everyday Life.” The Argüelles’ visionary concept of Time is Art can actually assist humanity to counteract the false principle of “time is money” and its consequent planetary devastation. Therefore, it contributes to Beautify our Planet Earth through Art!
